- Eligibility for Return
You can apply for a return within 7 days after you receive the product, on the premise that the product is kept in original, undamaged condition without man-made damage, and the original packaging is complete. If the product you receive has quality defects, obvious damage caused by logistics, or does not match the product description on our website, you can apply for a return for free. - Application Process
Please contact our 7×24-hour customer service team via wben136@sina.com to submit your return application, and provide relevant photos of the product status as required. Our team will verify your application within 24 hours and inform you of the subsequent return processing steps. - Refund Arrangement
After we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account (Paypal or credit card account). The arrival time of the refund is subject to the processing rules of your payment institution. - Special Notes
Customized oil painting products that are produced according to your personal requirements do not support unconditional return. If the return is caused by our product quality problem, we will bear the corresponding return logistics cost; if it is a non-quality return application for personal reasons, you need to bear the return shipping fee by yourself.
